3. Product Eligibility

To qualify for a return or the guarantee, please ensure:

Physical Condition: The light must not be broken or cracked.
Internal State: The interior of the light must be clean, as the product is for external use.
Clean Surface: No stickers or films should be installed on the light.

Important: Stickers often burn or turn black from the sun. These must be completely removed before applying our material for it to work.

4. Packaging & Condition

Unused: Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Original Seals: Authenticity tags or stickers must be intact; removal voids the exchange.
Full Kit: Must include original packaging and receipt.

5. How to Exchange

In-Person: Visit any of our four physical stores.
Shipping: Ship back at your expense using a protective carton to prevent damage.
